Make Chocolates for Valentines Day!

Christmas is such a busy time, I was grateful that our neighborhood did a food drive instead of gifts. By the time Valentines rolled around I was ready for a project. A couple ladies in our area showed us how they make delicious chocolates. This book was recommended to us for learning more about chocolate, it sounds interesting.
This was one easy recipe I tried.
Oreo Centers:
1 package of Oreo Cookies, finely ground
1 package of cream cheese softened
Directions:
Combine Oreos and cream cheese in a mixer until well blended. Roll into small balls and place onto cookie sheet. Place in freezer for an hour or two. Remove from freezer and dip in melted chocolate. Place on new cookie sheet to set up.
Buying high quality chocolate that needs tempering will be best for taste and presentation. Unfortunately I have not tried this yet. The chocolate I used is called Chocolate A' Peels and needs no tempering. The chocolate can be melted in a double boiler over the stove or in a glass bowl in the microwave. Melt for about 2 min stirring every 30 seconds.
